1. About these terms
These terms apply to your use of lragrosense.in and to internships offered by LR AgroSense, a sole proprietorship of Pampana Hari Sai Ganesh based in Eluru, Andhra Pradesh, India, registered as an MSME (Udyam Registration No. UDYAM-AP-19-0077611). By using this website or applying for an internship, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the website or apply.
2. Using the website
- The content on this website is for general information about LR AgroSense and our work.
- You agree not to misuse the website, including sending spam, uploading harmful files, trying to break into the admin area, or interfering with how the website works.
- Information about our products (such as the Smart Farm Monitor) describes products that are still in research and development. Features, timelines and availability may change.
3. Applying for an internship
- You must be 18 years or older to apply.
- All information you submit must be true and your own. Applications with false information may be rejected or cancelled at any time.
- Submitting an application does not guarantee selection. We select interns based on the needs of each role, and we may not be able to reply to every applicant.
- We never charge any fee for applying, selection, training or certificates. If anyone asks you for money in the name of LR AgroSense, do not pay and please report it to info@lragrosense.in.
4. Internship terms
- Internships are unpaid unless a stipend is clearly stated in the internship post and in your offer letter.
- Duration, weekly hours and tasks are as described in the internship post and your offer letter.
- An internship is a learning opportunity, not employment. It does not create an employer–employee relationship and is not a promise of a job.
- A completion certificate is given only if you complete the internship period and the assigned work to a reasonable standard.
- Either you or LR AgroSense may end the internship early with notice by email. A certificate may not be issued if the internship is not completed.
5. Conduct during the internship
- Behave respectfully with farmers, team members and everyone you meet while representing LR AgroSense.
- Before surveying a farmer, clearly explain who you are and why you are asking, and continue only with their permission.
- Do not collect farmers' Aadhaar, bank details or other sensitive personal information, and do not make promises to farmers on behalf of LR AgroSense.
- Do not use the LR AgroSense name or logo for anything outside your assigned work.
6. Confidentiality
During the internship you may see research data, survey results, product ideas and other non-public information. You agree to keep this confidential, use it only for your internship work, and not share it with anyone outside LR AgroSense, during or after the internship.
7. Ownership of work
Survey data, reports, designs, code and other work you create as part of your internship belong to LR AgroSense. You may describe your role and the type of work you did in your resume and portfolio, but you may not publish confidential data or results without our written permission.
8. Our content
The LR AgroSense name, logo and the content of this website belong to LR AgroSense. Please do not copy or reuse them without permission.
9. Limitation of liability
We try to keep the website accurate and available, but we provide it "as is" and cannot guarantee it will always be error-free or online. To the extent allowed by law, LR AgroSense is not responsible for any indirect loss arising from your use of the website or participation in an internship.

How we handle your personal information is explained in our Privacy Policy.
11. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes will be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts in Eluru, Andhra Pradesh.
12. Changes to these terms
